Coaches Dan and James are both 5.0 level and ex-competitive collegiate players. Let us help take your game to the next level.

Our Signature Pickleball Experiences combine 2 days of dedicated on-court instruction, competitive play, mid-morning breakfast board, après play drinks, and our Northstar Signature Player Kit. Limited to 8 players.

Our summer Grand Slam tennis clinic series is inspired by the world’s most iconic Grand Slams—each hosted clinics provides players an elevated on-court and off-court experience. 3-hours of dynamic instruction, competitive play, followed by après lunch, drinks and social time.
Each day’s morning clinic is styled to reflect the spirit of the tournament it celebrates—from atmosphere and pacing to refreshments and post-play food and drink.

Our Professionals
Coach Dan
We welcome Coach Dan to his inaugural season at Northstar Racquet Club. A former Division 1 collegiate tennis player and NCAA tournament competitor, Dan has coached at clubs in both NY and California as well as at the high school level. Dan continues to compete and play at the USTA 5.0 level.
Coach James
Coach James is in his second season at Northstar Racquet Club. A current 5.0 player and former collegiate #1 singles & doubles player, he brings high-level playing experience and a proven track record of developing players of all ages.
James has led tennis and pickleball programs across New England and Northern California, combining technical instruction, match strategy, and competitive play to help players improve quickly—and enjoy the process.
Coach Jack
We’re pleased to welcome Coach Jack back for his second season at Northstar Racquet Club. A full-time Lake Tahoe resident, Jack leads our junior camps throughout the summer and is known for his energy, reliability, and strong on-court presence.
Jack brings a competitive multi-sport background, having competed at the varsity level in tennis, soccer, and track. His athletic versatility and approachable coaching style make him a strong fit for developing junior players of all levels.
